We take personal interest in each patient's unique condition and dedicate our effort to achieve the best possible outcome. Crochet Physical Therapy is owner operated and relies on the expertise of our licensed professionals with over 38 years of clinical experience.
In addition to providing thorough care for soft tissue injuries, post operative recovery, and postural related disorders; Crochet Physical Therapy offers many special services. These services include caring for youth athletes, special interest groups, and providing expertise in the evaluation and care of foot dysfunction through prescription orthotic shoe inserts.

Donald Crochet, RPT
Owner/Physical Therapist
Don graduated from Georgia State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He is the Founder and Director of Crochet Physical Therapy, an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy facility since January 1984 and continues to operate the clinic emphasizing a high level of individual specialty service. The 30+ years of direct patient care experience enables considerable value in expedient diagnostic skill, appropriate assessment methods leading to meaningful and effective intervention for a diverse caseload. When Don is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, running, tennis, and coaching kids in little league sports such as football and baseball.
Robert Kane, DPT
Physical Therapist
Robert "Robbie" Kane is a recent graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He joins the team after previously working as a physical therapy technician for Crochet Physical Therapy. Robert has a strong passion for community involvement and personal service to care for his patients with a focus on geriatric and fall risk reduction. Outside of the clinic, Robbie enjoys helping individuals modify their homes to Age-in-Place and spending time with his family.

Shelley joined our team in the latter part of 2021. She brings over 7 years of experience in medical administration and office management. Shelly shows a welcoming vibe to all patients entering our clinic and has a natural way of making people feel comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, enjoys the tennis court, and watching sports.
Tracy is a native Texan who grew up in Lilburn, Georgia. She became interested in sports medicine as a student athletic trainer in high school. She pursued the field during her education at Valdosta State University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2003. Tracy joined the staff of Crochet Physical Therapy in 2008, and her enthusiastic attitude motivates others while keeping our patients very upbeat. In her spare time she is a passionate photographer, avid football fan, and festival frequenter.
